Lea Michele‘s debut album Louder is set for release on March 4th, just seven months after the tragic death of boyfriend and Glee costar Cory Monteith.
Monteith, better know as Finn Hudson on Glee, was found dead at the young age of 31 after being discovered lifeless at his Vancouver hotel room on Saturday, July 13th. The British Columbia coroner announced that the actor died of an overdose of heroin and alcohol.
On Louder, the album’s final track is a tribute to the late Monteith titled “If You Say So” – which the 27-year-old Michele revealed to The Daily Mail that those were the last words Monteith said to her.
The ballad, which Lea co-wrote with Australian singer/songwriter Sia Furler, shows the outpouring of emotion Lea felt in the week following Cory’s tragic death.
